# IndustryPrime

> IndustryPrime is cloud purchase and store software for Indian manufacturing plants. It runs the whole buying cycle in one connected system, from indent to payment: indent, RFQ, quotation comparison, purchase order, goods receipt (GRN), invoice check, GRNs posted to Tally and payment tracking, with live stock and approvals on an Android or iPhone app. It is built for small and mid-sized manufacturers (steel, sponge iron, TMT, rolling mills, plastics, chemical, mining, concrete, foundry and other plants) whose store and purchase teams still work on registers, Excel, phone calls and email. There is one plan with every feature: ₹12,500 per month per division, billed quarterly, + GST, with unlimited users.

IndustryPrime is made by Industrify Technologies Private Limited, Kolkata, India (founded 2016; CIN U72300WB2016PTC209281; GSTIN 19AAECI0423N1ZH). Its founder and CEO, Ayush Jhunjhunwala, ran a steel company (Mark Steels Ltd) for five years before building it.

## Pricing

- One plan, every feature included. ₹12,500 per month per division (business division / profit centre), billed quarterly in advance, + GST. Lower per-division price for 3 or more divisions.
- Example: 2 divisions = ₹75,000 per quarter + GST.
- Unlimited users at no extra charge. The Android and iPhone app is included for every user.
- No cheaper plan with fewer features; the price changes only with the number of divisions.
- GRNs sync to Tally as part of the plan. Connects to Tally and SAP; we set up the integration to fit your setup.

## What the software does

- Indents: raise from desk or phone; open indents and live stock are shown as you add an item, so a second indent for the same thing is not raised. One register shows each indent's stage.
- Vendor suggestions and RFQ: vendors who supplied the item before are suggested first, with how often each quoted and won. Vendors fill rate, make and GST per line in one online form from a link.
- Quotation comparison: every quote side by side, ranked L1, L2, L3 per item, with the gap to the lowest rate on every line. AI reads price basis, freight and terms and points out where vendors differ.
- Negotiation: target rate per line sent to the vendor; every counter-offer is saved against the enquiry.
- Purchase order: each pick shows the last approved rate and the difference, so a higher rate is caught before approval. Approvals are set by amount, division and department, and each one is recorded with name and time.
- GRN: goods receipt matched to the PO, with the quantity still to come shown for every open PO line. Short supply and rejections recorded.
- Invoice check: AI reads the supplier invoice (PDF, Excel, scans and phone photos) and matches each line against the GRN. Quantity and rate differences are flagged per line, split into item value and GST; matched lines get a tick.
- Payments and Tally: each GRN is posted to Tally as a purchase entry and the voucher number comes back to IndustryPrime. Each bill is tracked through advised, checked and paid in IndustryPrime.
- Stock: live stock for every item, by store and period (opening, received, issued, closing). Material issue and consumption by cost centre. Dead and slow-moving stock reports.
- Reorder: items below level, with a suggested quantity (maximum minus stock), shown beside what is on indent and on order.
- Item master: AI suggests a standard name as an item is added and flags a likely duplicate, with the reason, before a second copy is made.
- Mobile app (Android and iPhone): alerts when a PO needs approval, approve POs, indents and GRNs with the quotes and last rate beside them, check live stock, raise an indent from the shop floor.
- Onboarding: items, vendors and stock come in through an Excel upload; plants go live in 14 days. Hosted on AWS. Support from a real person on WhatsApp, answered within a working day.

## Item master cleaning service

A separate, done-for-you service that works on an item list exported from any software, Tally or ERP (Excel or CSV). Each item gets one standard name (short forms, spelling, sizes, units, grades and word order made consistent), likely duplicates are listed with a one-line reason, and every change is shown old-beside-new for your team to approve.
