This page explains how to request deletion of your IndustryPrime account and the personal data
associated with it. You can submit a request without installing or reinstalling the app.
Method 1 — Request from within the app
- Open the IndustryPrime app and sign in.
- Go to the More tab.
- Under Account, tap Request account deletion.
- The app opens a pre-filled email addressed to our support team, containing your account email,
mobile number and organisation. Send it.
Method 2 — Request by email
Send an email from your registered email address to
support@industryprime.com.
- Subject: Account deletion request
- Include: the registered email address or phone number on the account, and the name
of your organisation.
We verify your identity before acting on the request, and send written confirmation once deletion is
complete.
What is deleted
- Your account credentials and login access
- Your profile information — name, email address, phone number, designation
- Personal data linked to your user account
- Device identifiers and diagnostic data linked to your account
What may be retained
IndustryPrime is a business platform. Records created in the course of your organisation’s operations
— indents, purchase orders, goods receipt notes, inventory movements and similar business documents —
belong to the subscribing organisation, not to the individual user. Deleting your
personal user account does not delete your employer’s business records.
- Organisation-owned business records — retained under the organisation’s account. To
delete an entire organisation account and its data, the request must come from an authorised
administrator or signatory of the subscribing company. - Statutory records — invoices, tax and accounting records retained for the period
required under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Income-tax Act, 1961, and not used for any other purpose. - Anonymised diagnostic data — retained in a form that cannot identify you.

Deleting an entire organisation account
If your company wishes to terminate its IndustryPrime subscription and have all organisation data
deleted, an authorised representative should write to
support@industryprime.com from an official company email
address. We will confirm authority, provide a data export if requested, and then delete the data on the
timeline above.
