IndustryPrime
(A Product of Industrify Technologies Private Limited)

Last updated: 01-08-2026

1. Introduction

Industrify Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates IndustryPrime, a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to help manufacturing companies manage purchase and inventory operations.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our website, use our web platform, or use the IndustryPrime mobile application for Android and iOS (together, the “Platform”). It applies to the website, the web platform and the mobile apps as one service. The same IndustryPrime account is used across the web platform, the Android app and the iOS app.

By accessing or using IndustryPrime, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

A. Personal Information

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it, such as while:

  • Requesting a demo
  • Creating an account
  • Communicating with our team
  • Using our services

This may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name and designation
  • Login credentials (encrypted)
  • Billing and payment-related details

IndustryPrime is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and above. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Billing and payment-related details are collected only through our website and web platform. The mobile applications do not collect or process payment information of any kind.

B. Business & Operational Data

IndustryPrime primarily processes business data generated during platform usage, including:

  • Indents, RFQs, quotations, purchase orders
  • Vendor details
  • Inventory records, GRNs, issues, and consumption
  • Reports and analytics

All such data belongs to the client. IndustryPrime does not claim ownership over client business data.

C. Non-Personal Information

We may automatically collect technical information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device and operating system
  • Usage logs and access timestamps

This data does not directly identify an individual.

D. Mobile Application (Android) Data

The IndustryPrime Android app requests the permissions described below. Each is used solely for the stated purpose, and Android allows you to revoke notification permission at any time in system settings.

  • Internet / network access — to communicate with IndustryPrime servers.
  • Network and Wi-Fi state — to detect when your device is offline, so the app can tell you rather than appearing to fail.
  • Notifications — used to send you service-related push notifications about activity in your IndustryPrime account. On Android 13 and above the app asks for your permission first, and you can turn notifications off at any time in system settings.
  • Run on device start-up — used by the notification service so that push notifications continue to be delivered after your device restarts.

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, files or phone state, and does not read them.

Device identifiers. The app uses a software-update service (Expo Application Services) that assigns a random installation identifier to each installed copy of the app. It is used only to deliver the correct app version and is not linked to advertising.

The app does not use the Android Advertising ID. It contains no advertising software, and performs no third-party marketing or behavioural tracking.

The app also inherits a small number of technical permissions from the software libraries it is built on — vibration and wake-lock, used for notification delivery; a launcher badge count; a system job binding; and biometric permissions that are declared by a dependency but never used, as the app offers no biometric sign-in. None of these grants access to your personal data.

D-2. Mobile Application (iOS) Data

The IndustryPrime iOS app is built from the same codebase as the Android app and handles your data in the same way. The following describes how it behaves on Apple devices.

Permissions requested

  • Network access — to communicate with IndustryPrime servers, and to detect when your device is offline so the app can tell you rather than appearing to fail.
  • Notifications — used to send you service-related push notifications about activity in your IndustryPrime account. The app asks for your permission before sending any, and you can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.

The iOS app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, files, calendar, health data or motion data, and does not read them.

Credential storage. Your sign-in credentials and session tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain, the operating system’s encrypted credential store, rather than in web storage.

Advertising and tracking. The iOS app does not use Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. It contains no advertising software and performs no third-party marketing or behavioural profiling. No data is shared with data brokers.

Device identifiers. As on Android, the app uses a software-update service (Expo Application Services) that assigns a random installation identifier to each installed copy. It is used only to deliver the correct app version and is not linked to advertising.

Data collected. The iOS app collects only what is required to sign you in and show you your work: your name, email address, mobile number, and the account and device identifiers associated with your session. All of it is used solely for app functionality. This matches the App Privacy information published on our App Store listing.

All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS.

E. Diagnostic & Crash Data

The current version of the IndustryPrime Android and iOS apps does not include crash-reporting or analytics software. We do not collect crash reports, error telemetry or usage analytics from the mobile apps today.

We intend to introduce Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) for error and crash diagnostics in a future release. When it is introduced, a report may include the device model, operating-system version, app version, and the sequence of screens leading up to the fault. Such reports will be used solely to identify and fix defects, never for advertising or profiling, and Sentry will be configured to exclude authentication tokens and the contents of your business documents. This Privacy Policy and our App Store and Google Play privacy declarations will be updated before that release ships.

  • Service communication
  • Onboarding and support
  • Important updates and notifications

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share information only:

  • With the third-party service providers we rely on — Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting and data storage) and Expo Application Services (mobile app software updates). Sentry (error and crash diagnostics) is not used in the current release and will be added in a future version, as described in Section 2E. Payment gateways and communication tools are used for the web platform and billing only
  • If required by law or government authorities
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of IndustryPrime or its users
  • During mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers (with confidentiality safeguards)

All third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.

7. Data Storage & Security

  • Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • All data transmitted between your browser or mobile app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS
  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel only

While we follow industry-standard practices, no system is completely secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain data:

  • While the account remains active
  • As required for legal, regulatory, or accounting purposes

Following account deletion, personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days, and purged from encrypted backups within a further 90 days. Statutory records — invoices, tax and accounting records — are retained for the period required under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Income-tax Act, 1961, and are not used for any other purpose.

9. User Rights

Users may:

  • Access and update their information
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Withdraw consent (which may limit service access)

Where applicable, users may exercise rights under data protection laws including access, rectification, and erasure.

10. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time, by either route:

From within the app — open the IndustryPrime app, go to the More tab, and under Account tap Request account deletion. This opens a pre-filled email to our support team; send it.

By email or from the web — write to support@industryprime.com from your registered email address, or follow the instructions on our Account & Data Deletion page.

We verify your identity before acting on a request and acknowledge it within 48 hours. Once verified, personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days, and purged from encrypted backups within a further 90 days, as described in section 8. We confirm in writing once deletion is complete.

What is deleted: your account credentials and login access, your profile information (name, email address, phone number, designation), personal data linked to your user account, and device identifiers linked to it.

What is retained: IndustryPrime is a business platform, and records created in the course of your organisation’s operations — indents, purchase orders, goods receipt notes and inventory movements — belong to the subscribing organisation rather than to the individual user. Deleting your personal account does not delete your employer’s business records. To delete an entire organisation account, the request must come from an authorised representative of the subscribing company. Statutory records are retained as described in section 8.

11. Cookies

IndustryPrime uses cookies as described in the Cookie Policy. The mobile app does not use cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Where applicable, we process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
