One way to write every item
Short forms and spelling
Brg becomes Bearing, Fastner becomes Fastener, one spelling for every word.
Sizes and units
Written one way: 60 x 80 x 10 mm, 50 kg, 16 A, 2 1/2".
Materials and grades
SS-304, SS 304 and S.S 304 all become SS304.
One order of words
Item first, then size and grade, with the make last.
Brackets and stray marks
We remove commas, hyphens and brackets that add nothing to the name.
